Our modern, comfortable funeral home in Rock Falls was built in 1995 to accommodate our communities ever changing needs. A few years later, we added a complete on-site crematory facility and a separate pet crematory facility to better serve the growing needs of the communities we serve.

Our beautiful facility in Prophetstown opened in June 2003 and offers convenience and comfort to area families. This facility is tastefully decorated with a modern elegance and is completely accessible to all. Like our location in Rock Falls, our Prophetstown facility has a chapel for large or small gatherings as well as a lounge area for family and friends to reflect.

With growth comes change and a need to expand. In December 2004, we purchased the former Allen-Grennan Funeral Homes in Sterling and Milledgeville from the Alderwoods Group, an out-of-state conglomerate. Since then, we have extensively remodeled both of these historic facilities for your comfort, and are proud to have returned them to local ownership.

In all of our facilities, we have made every effort to provide a quiet, comforting atmosphere where families and friends can gather for support and reflection. Our funeral home sound system has been designed to allow the use of "CDs and tapes" during the services, and our facilities are spacious enough to serve several families at once. The entire complex is designed to be completely accessible to everyone, with no steps or ramps to climb. Outside, lovely landscaping surrounds our ample, well-lighted parking facility.
